pheW! I just finished my bachelors assignment on grief and sorrow. For the project we got to choose our own topic; Living with HIV in relation to grief. We might have discovered medicine to keep hiv- positive people alive, but we have not started to treat them humanely in society. There is still a lot of shame and guilt put on people living with hiv, aswell as loneliness, stigma and fear. Ignorance is found even in the healthcare system where healthworkers are supposed to take care of them.

WHEN will we start to treat other people with humanity and not hate/fear/loathe because of them differing from ourselves? When?

The play “Road” by Jim Cartwright staged by Bolla & Lillebills teaterselskap at Familien. Its on from the 27th of may til the 5th of june, at familien in may and the ISAK centre in june. I loved it, it’s defo worth a check if you’re in Trondheim!

(Slowly becoming a foodblog) I made vegetarian maki the other day!

The picture is of a salad version, but the Recepie went something like this:

Fancy filling: almonds and avocado mixed together with lemon juice, ginger, miso and a little salt.

Seaweed shets covered with fresh spinach, then a stripie of fancy filling, chopped carrots and cellery/cucumber and alfalfa. Delicous!!

Today I tried a new recipe. Im fairly veggie, and Im trying to aquire more knowledge and cooking skills of that kind. SO today I made a romano- salad wrap with cauliflower and cashewnut paste and vegies.

The Cauliflower and cashewnut paste is super easy to make and super tasty! For two servings, it looks like this:

1cauliflower (size of a fist)

200gram cashewnuts
1 tablespoon oliveoil
½-1 teaspoon Himalaya salt
Garam masala, curry, paprikapowder
Coriander or parsley
Nori flak or romanosalat (for salad/sushi/wrap)

Mix the cauliflower and cashewnuts with a mixer. Cashewnuts are really epensive in Norway, so I buy the cheap salted ones and wash them. It works well! Add the oliveoil and salt. Normal salt works well too:) Mix some more. Then add the spices and herbs to taste. I only did curry, paprika and parsley- very yummy:)

Check the picture to see how I did it. I added loads of greens today- avocado, cucumber, alfalfa and cellery. It turend out to be LOADS of food eventhough I made half a portion. Next time I will stick with one leaf at a time. This time, flatmate Siw gets delish night snack and I brunch. YUM!!

When I do not blog, Im the leader of the Active Choice (edu on sexual health) group of Trondheim Red Cross Youth.

We’ve just kicked off a condom- campaign for our graduating high school kids, in norwegian called RUSS.

As well as being visible on our redcross “condom-bikes” from the 1st of may til the 17th, we will be joining them at their parties and concerts at Ricks. Aswell as doing all this we’ve printed posters with “stupid” slogans for why its wiser to use condoms - we even created a webshop!
